Kolter Urban, the developer of 3300 GULF SHORE, held a groundbreaking ceremony on January 29. Attendees included Kolter Urban executives and local dignitaries. There will be additional on-site groundbreaking events on January 31 and February 1 from 10-2:00PM that are open to the potential buyers and the public.
3300 GULF SHORE, designed by local architects MHK will include 51 luxury condominiums in 2 eight-story buildings that range from 2000 to 7500 square feet. There will also be 17 boat slips.
Construction should begin in the next several weeks. The initial phase will include raising the seawall along Venetian Bay to meet current code. This work is expected to take about 2 months.
Following the seawall work, the next phase will include installation of approximately 400 helical pilings which could begin about May 1. Helical pilings are “screwed” into the ground and not “pounded” in. Therefore, there should be minimal noise or ground disturbance. The piling work should be completed in 4-6 weeks.
Overall construction is expected to take 20-24 months with anticipated occupancy in late 2027 or early 2028.
In addition to 3300 GULF SHORE, Kolter Urban is developing Olana at 1121 GSBN in Naples. An ultra luxury condominium with 12 units.
