The Gulf Shore Association of Condominiums (GSAC) Beautification Committee invites nominations for their 2019 Beautification Awards. These awards recognize GSAC Member Associations that, in the calendar years of 2017, 2018 and 2019, have completed improvements, updates or enhancements of their exterior, interior, grounds and overall curb appeal that meet or exceed the Award Criteria stated below. Similar awards will be given out to Commons Associations, both Beach and Street, that have enhanced their overall appearance in the years stated above.
Award recipients will be presented with a GSAC plaque and receive public recognition at GSAC’s Annual Meeting on January 30, 2020, and on the GSAC website. In addition, a press release will be prepared for local publication. Below is a list of categories eligible for these Awards and the criteria upon which they will be judged.
