Demolition of the old Executive Club at 3300 Gulf Shore Boulevard North is well underway. The four-story mid-rise, built in 1969, is being razed to make way for a new 8-story condominium development that includes 51 residential units split between two buildings. Two pools will be provided for residents along with 7,500 sq. ft. of amenity space on the second level of one of the buildings. Click here to see the architectural plans.
