- The victim was at NCH hospital with her sick daughter.
- Believes someone at NCH stole her identity.
- Informed by CC company that a new card was requested and sent to an address in Miami.
- $7,500 of fraudulent chargers were charged.

- Arrest
- On March 26, 2024, management at Midwest One Bank, located at 4099 9th Street North, Naples, FL reported a suspect tampered with their ATM by attempting to install a skimmer. Manipulating the ATM caused damage which was estimated to be over $1,000.
- Naples Police detectives identified and apprehended the suspect on April 3, 2024. The suspect was identified as Ventsislav Simeonov Vatrachki, a 41-year-old Collier County resident. Vatrachki was charged with Criminal Mischief over $1,000, a felony in violation of F.S.S. 806.13(1)(b)(3).
- During the investigation, Naples Police Detectives also linked Vatrachki to a May 15, 2022, incident where Vatrachki inserted a metal object into a Fifth Third Bank ATM located at 900 Goodlette Road North in Naples, FL. The metal device inserted is commonly used to introduce skimming devices into an ATM. The metal device became wedged in the ATM and Vatrachki left the area empty-handed. Vatrachki was charged with Injuring a Computer, a felony crime in violation of F.S.S. 815.06(2)(d), for the May 2022 offense.
