Last week while walking the sidewalk along the bay just south of The Tropics Condominium, I noticed several sections of sidewalk that were severely cracked and were a safety hazard to walkers.
I immediately took photos of the damaged section of the walkway, forwarded them to Bob Middleton, our long-time DPW Director, and requested that they be repaired.
Within 24 hours, the City Contractor was on-site putting in a new twenty feet of sidewalk to replace the damaged, unsafe section.
A big thank you to Bob Middleton, DPW Director, and Dave Rivera, Street and Traffic Supervisor, for providing a service level to City of Naples residents that is second to none!
