The eight-year discussion over a replacement solution for the outdated wire span traffic signal at the intersection of Harbour Drive and Crayton Road may come to a head at the City Council’s meeting on March 4.
A timeline of the starts, stops, and flip-flops over mast arms vs roundabout has been the subject of multiple articles in the Newsletter, but as we went to press, next Wednesday, council members will receive an update by Johnson Engineering, the City’s Engineering Consultant, on the status of the roundabout design and be asked to provide direction to finalize for construction.
City Council meets on Wednesday, March 4 at 8.30am. The roundabout is due to be reviewed under Old Business, agenda item 13a.
